If you are unable to keep an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. We understand that things come up unexpectedly so if possible, please contact our office when this happens.   We do have a $15.00 missed visit fee if we have not heard from you on the day of your appointment either via phone or email.
