What a wonderful summer day outside. As June warms up, we are in the middle of planting season. Remember to lift with your knees and to stretch often during yard work and before you even start! You can view some awesome wellness tips here! Its also very important to remember to stay hydrated in the sun. We need to drink a minimum of 8 glasses of non-caffeinated liquid in a day to stay properly hydrated, especially as the mercury rises.
Here in the clinic we have some new summer hours! We will be here Mon-Thurs from 8:30 am – 7:00 pm and 8:30 am – 4:00 pm on Fridays. We are also pleased to announce that Dr. Derek Page will be joining us on selected Saturdays from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.
